Mansion Nikoloyamskaya Street 51

A two-storey mansion on Nikoloyamskaya Street in the Tagansky district. The historic mansion was restored, when engineering systems were installed, facades and entrance group were repaired. Inside, there are bare-shell finished rooms with high ceilings and large windows, which offer views of the classic buildings of old Moscow, green squares and picturesque temples. The mansion is located in a fenced area with ground parking. The building is suitable for a representative or head office of a company.

The building is located next to the embankment of the Yauza River, the Theater Art Studio, the State Museum of Literature. The upper floors of the mansion provide a beautiful view of the ancient temples and estates of the 19th century. There is convenient access to the Garden Ring Road within 2 minutes by car, while the Third Ring Road can be reached within 7 minutes. The nearest metro stations 'Taganskaya', 'Ploschad Ilyicha' and 'Marksistskaya' are a 15-minute walk away.

The mansion built in the 19th century was the western wing of Skorospelov's city estate. The plot on which the estate was formed, belonged only to merchants throughout its history. Each new owner offered their mite to the architectural appearance of the ensemble. The original design of the estate was Baroque. In the late 18th century, the merchant Pishchalnikov redesigned the main house in the classical style and built two stone wings. After the reconstruction of the middle 19th century, the manor houses were not rebuilt.
