The mansion belongs to the ensemble of 19th century dwelling houses, designed by architect Ivan Mikhailovich Vasiliev. The two entrance groups are decorated with porticoes with triangular pediments and metal canopies on shaped brackets. The building was supposed to house flats for church servants. The mansion is now recognised as a cultural heritage site as an example of low-rise building of the former Alekseevskaya Sloboda.
