The mansion is one of the western annex of the Vorontsov estate. In the 14th century, the owner of the lands was the boyar Fyodor Voronets, after whom the estate was named. Two centuries later, the first Russian tsar from the Romanov dynasty — Mikhail Fedorovich transferred the domain to Prince Boris Aleksandrovich Repnin, who was later removed from Moscow, and the estate began to fade rapidly. Petr Repin revived the estate. The main stone buildings and a luxurious garden that shaped the appearance of not only the estate, but also the park itself.
