Mansion Vorontsovsky Park 5

A two-story mansion on the Vorontsov Park territory in the south-west of Moscow. The classic mansion was built in 1780 and completely renovated in 2018. It is equipped with modern engineering and utility systems. Inside there is an office planning and high-quality office finishing. The interiors of some rooms are supplemented by stucco with people' sculptures. The offices with high ceilings are filled with natural light, penetrating through large windows. The mansion is located in the historical and architectural complex 'Usadba Vorontsovo', better known as 'Vorontsov Park'. The building has a convenient exit to Leninsky Avenue, which allows you to reach the Thirfd Ring Road in 15 minutes, to the Garden Ring Road — 20 minutes. Novatorskaya Metro Station is in a 10-minute walk away.

The mansion is one of the western annex of the Vorontsov estate. In the 14th century, the owner of the lands was the boyar Fyodor Voronets, after whom the estate was named. Two centuries later, the first Russian tsar from the Romanov dynasty — Mikhail Fedorovich transferred the domain to Prince Boris Aleksandrovich Repnin, who was later removed from Moscow, and the estate began to fade rapidly. Petr Repin revived the estate. The main stone buildings and a luxurious garden that shaped the appearance of not only the estate, but also the park itself.
