The two-storey main house with an underground level is connected to the building of the carriage yard, the gallery of which can serve as an exhibition space or an event hall. The open terrace of the main house leads to a two-storey wing. Historical parquet has been preserved in the houses, the walls are painted or finished with textiles, the stucco decor, tiled stoves and wood-burning fireplaces have been recreated. Cobblestone pavement was restored in front of the main house and wing, while ground parking was arranged. The estate is suitable for a representative office of a company or an event agency.
The estate has a private picturesque park territory with a pond away from the noise of the city, 25 km from the MKAD. There are banks and shops within walking distance. Convenient access to the Yaroslavskoye Shosse allows you to get to the city in 30 minutes, while to the center of Moscow in 50 minutes.
The estate was built in the second half of the 19th century by order of the owners of the village of Aigin. Merchants of Aigin became famous for the fact that they independently bought off the landowner even before the abolition of serfdom. In 1861, they opened brick factories and sawmills. On the site of the inn, they constructed residential and outbuildings, a forge building standing separately by the pond, as well as other buildings necessary for permanent residence of a large merchant family. There was also laid out a park. From 1914 to 1985, the manor complex was used by the Talitsy eight-year school. In 2014, the estate was completely restored, returning it to its original appearance.
