Inside there is an office layout with vaulted ceilings, office-style finishing, and two saunas provided in the basement. After the establishment of an almshouse, blocks of free apartments and a building for the weak and prone to becoming malnourished, it was the turn of the educational institution 'Vostryakov Elementary School'. The project was commissioned by architect Kekushev, who built a lot for Khludov's heiresses in the 1890s. A small two-storey extension turned out to be very concise. Only the window frames keep the handwriting of the master. The window frames with complex glazing are deeply recessed into the wall by a hard profile. After the revolution, the school was closed.
