The classical mansion is a monument of 19th-century architecture, more commonly known as the 'Main House of the Chelnokov City Estate.' The stone single-story residential house with an attic and residential lower ground floor was built by merchant Mamykov in 1836. In 1856, the property was acquired by hereditary merchant Mikhail Chelnokov, an honorary citizen who owned brick factories near Moscow. He significantly reconstructed the mansion, giving it an unusual shape with 9 axes. From 1930 to 1950, the building was used for communal apartments, and in 1960, the house was featured in the film 'Probationary Period'.
