The mansion was built in the early 19th century on the territory of Abdulova's city estate, a rich Tatar merchant. The manor houses later passed to the merchant Shcherbinin, who extended it to the corner of Ozerkovskiy Lane. The mansion served as a residential building with shops and changed many owners, among whom were merchants Filippov, Lyassotovich, Goryachev. In 1875, the wing was rebuilt by the architect Pevnitskiy. After 1864, the iron foundry and mechanical plant of the Dobrov and Nabholz Partnership were located on the united territory. In Soviet times, there used to be the Kalinin Pumping Plant.
