The two-story mansion with a basement and attic is situated on Zemlyanoy Val Street in the Basmannyy district. The historical building was completely reconstructed and equipped with modern engineering and utility systems. Inside there is a mixed planning, planned spacious open and privet offices, meeting rooms and kitchens for employees. The interiors of the basement have preserved vaulted ceilings of the late XVIII and early XIX centuries, a wide marble staircase and stucco decor of the front rooms of the house. The building has an own fenced territory of 26 acres, which is landscaped and provided a ground parking for 6-8 cars. The mansion is suitable for a representation or office of the company.

The mansion is located on the front line of a busy street, next to the Atrium Shopping and Entertainment Center. Within walking distance is a well-developed infrastructure, including branches of various banks, shops, restaurants, and cafes. A 10-minute walk away are the cultural clusters Winzavod and Arma. There is direct access to the Garden Ring Road. The Boulevard and Third Ring Roads are 7 and 12 minutes' drive away each. The nearest metro station, Kurskaya, is a 2-minute walk away, while Chkalovskaya Metro Station and Kursky Railway Station can be reached in 4 minutes on foot.

The history of the mansion in the Empire style dates back to 1818, when a stone was built on the site of the burned wooden house. By 1822, there was already a second level, after which the building by 1860 acquired an architectural appearance that has survived to this day. In 1832, on September 5, the famous physician-therapist Sergey Petrovych Botkin was born in this mansion, in memory of which a memorial plaque was placed on the facade. No less famous was his father — Petr Kononovich, the founder of the merchant dynasty, who came from which left a significant footprint in business, literature, art, and science. In Soviet times, the estate was occupied by state institutions, and later — offices.
