According to archival records, several apartments with separate entrances were located in the building and rented out. During Soviet times, the driveway arch was filled in, and a basement with a loading hatch for storing goods was organized, with the premises used as shops. Despite all the changes, the architectural facade of the building has remained unchanged. Today, the mansion is recognized as a cultural heritage site.
