The mansion, known as the Kolесnikov City Estate, is recognized as a regional cultural heritage site. At that time, trading rows designed by architect Osip Bove were built here. In 1910, the building was owned by Maria Shapatina, and in 2005, it was purchased by Zaretskaya, who carried out significant renovations. In 2008, illegal extensions were demolished, and in 2014 a decision was made to restore the mansion.
