The building was built in 1947 — a theater and concert hall, a well-preserved example of the architecture of the Stalinist Empire. Now it is a universal platform suitable for hosting an event of any format. The layout includes a large hall with a height of more than 14 meters, a marble foyer, a central foyer and galleries, 3 small concert halls, a pillared hall, side foyers, a theater buffet. The size of the fenced yard area is 89 acres. Parking for 50 cars is planned, the entrance of vehicles to the decoration storage is provided for unloading the scenery directly behind the stage. The mansion is suitable for a house of culture, a theater or a gallery.
