In the 1960s and 1970s, the famous Television Theater was located here and many popular TV shows were recorded, such as KVN and Blue Light. In 1980-2000, the premiere of Sergei Solovyov's cult film 'ASSA' took place and Viktor Tsoi, Boris Grebenshchikov, Pyotr Mamonov performed. Since 2008, it has been a theater and concert hall 'Palace on the Yauza'.
