A part of a two-story mansion with a separate entrance on Petrovka in the Tverskaya area. After a major repair the building is equipped with concrete floors and modern engineering systems. There is a mixed layout inside. The ground floor features a kitchen and a large hall, and the second floor has a spacious hall with private areas on the mezzanine. The rooftop is provided with a cozy veranda overlooking old Moscow. There is a service entrance and an unloading area in the yard. The massive cast-iron gate of the passable arch has been preserved from the time the mansion was built.
