The one-storey mansion with a lower ground floor and a mansard on Malaya Nikitskaya Street in Presnenskiy district. There are two entrances with forged canopies from the street side, an additional entrance is located from the courtyard side. The interior planning is made in office style, with ability to design a functional office space, private offices and meeting rooms, arrange a kitchen for employees and utility rooms. Parts of the premises require redecoration. A ground parking is provided in the fenced area.

The mansion is located on a quiet street surrounded by embassies, historical estates and museums. Within a 10-minute walk there are the Patriarch's Ponds with many cozy restaurants and New Arbat Street with all the necessary infrastructure. It has convenient access to Barrikadnaya Street, the Garden and Boulevard Ring Roads. It is 8 minutes walk from the Metro Stations Barrikadnaya and Krasnopresnenskaya.

The mansion was built at the dawn of the 19th century on the territory of the Princess Maria Petrovna Gagarina City Estate. Until 1861 manor service buildings were located here, which maintained order in the vast territory between Bolshaya and Malaya Nikitskaya Streets. In 1861 the mansion ceased to be part of the city estate. Currently, it is not an architectural sample.
