The front and rear facade of the house is decorated with four columns, the attic is complemented by a large semicircular window. Inside there is an office planning and contemporary finishing. The adjacent territory includes ground parking for 10 cars. The mansion is suitable for a representative office or a headquarter.

The mansion is located in the picturesque Lublino Park with landscaping, ponds, recreation areas and cozy cafes. There is a well-developed infrastructure within walking distance near the park. The house belongs to the historical ensemble of the suburban Lyublino estate by architects Yegotov and Kazakov. The estate was being built from the late 18th till the early 19th century on a plot owned by Godunov. After 1800, Durasov became the owner of the house. He built a theater, a greenhouse and a horse yard there. The mansion served as a residential northwest wing at the manor's stable yard.
