A one-storey mansion with an attic on Yeiskaya Street in the picturesque Lublino Park. The facade of the house is topped with a pediment featuring a thin bas-relief, a wrought-iron visor is placed above the entrance, while the attic level has large semicircular window. The building was restored in 2006. The 18th century mansion is equipped with modern engineering and utility systems. Inside there is an office planning and modern high-quality finishing. On the adjacent territory, there is ground parking for 10 cars. The mansion is suitable for a representative office or a headquarter.

The mansion sits in the south-east of Moscow on the landscaped territory of the Lublino Park. It is surrounded by cozy recreation areas with a pond, numerous cafes, beautiful historic manor houses. Within walking distance from the park, there are bank branches, large shops and shopping centers. The Third Ring Road can be reached in 13 minutes, while the Garden Ring Road is an 18-minute drive away. The nearest metro station is Volzhskaya, which is an 11-minute walk away.

The mansion with an attic was a part of the stable yard at the historical ensemble of the Lublino estate. The estate was being built from the end of the 18th till the beginning of the 19th century by the architects Yegorov and Kazakov. In the 1800s, the new owner Durasov founded a theater, a greenhouse and a horse yard on a plot previously owned by Godunov. The mansion was built next to the front stable building and served as a western residential wing.
