A three-story mansion with a basement in Vetoshny Pereulok in the Tverskoy district. The building is located in the historical and cultural center of Moscow near the State Historical Museum, Gostiny Dvor, Red Square, the Kremlin and Zaryadye Park. The eclectic style mansion is a city-forming building of the 19th century and is better known as the 'Revenue house of merchants Kupriyanov'. The building was built in 1873 by the architect Stratilatov. The Kupriyanov dynasty owned textile factories and a brick factory, and was engaged in charity, donating to charitable institutions, hospitals, and churches. The mansion underwent a complete reconstruction with the replacement of utility and engineering systems. The restoration has recreated the historical appearance of the facade. Inside, there is a promiscuous planning and finishing in the office style. High ceilings and large arched windows allow you to feel the spaciousness and historical atmosphere of the merchant houses.
