Mansion on Kholodilny Pereulok 3

A two-storey mansion with a mezzanine in on Kholodilny Lane in the south of Moscow. The loft-style building was built in 1957 and reconstructed in 2021. The mansion is equipped with central utility systems, and has an open-plan layout and premises with white-box finishing. The space of the first floor with a ceiling height of up to 9 meters is filled with light passing through the high showcase windows. The second floor has panoramic glazing and a ceiling height of 4.2 meters. Parking for 165 cars is located on the landscaped closed territory of the cluster, where you can rent the required number of parking spaces. The mansion is suitable for a representative office of a company, an office, a medical center or a restaurant.

The building is located on the territory of a business cluster with a developed infrastructure, representative offices of leading companies, numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.
