The classical style mansion of the late 18th century is best known as the ‘Main House of the Andreevs’ Urban Estate’. After Napoleon's fire, the house was rebuilt on the old foundations in the early 1820s. Later the buildings passed to Anna Mochalova from a merchant family and burgher Alexander Kudryavtsev, who reconstructed the mansion, significantly increasing the area. During the Soviet period, all the historical interiors were lost. Nowadays, the rusticated facade of the house with cannellated pilasters with Ionic capitals and muffs has been preserved.
