The premises will be finished with a design that combines traditional elegance with a contemporary aesthetic. The interior details will be preserved, including stucco on the walls and ceilings, together with a staircase featuring wrought-iron railings. The windows will offer scenic views of the Epiphany Cathedral. On the adjoining territory, parking for 5 cars can be organized.

The building is situated on the 1st line of houses in the historic district of Moscow. The surrounding area includes urban estates. Bauman Culture and Recreation Garden is within walking distance.
