Mansion Kuznetsky Most Street 4

A three-story mansion with a basement on Kuznetsky Most Street in the Tverskoy District. In 2003 the mansion was reconstructed on the project of the architect Kovshel. There is a mixed layout and office-style finishing inside. The building corresponds to the B-class business center. Arched windows complement the interior, filling the space with natural light. The adjacent territory features a courtyard with ground parking for 10 cars. The mansion is suitable for a business center or a representative office.

The building is located in the center of the cultural life of the capital, next to the Bolshoi Theater, the Moscow State Academic Operetta Theater, the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater and the Moscow Art Theater Museum. The Empire style mansion was built in 1893 by the architect Zagorsky to house the Kuznetsky Passage store. The main architectural motive of the facade composition is two large arched windows, separated by an arch of the entrance. On the right side of the building there is a driveway arch and a semicircular arched window. The front wall is decorated with stucco decoration, among which the figures of two cupids stand out.
