The Empire style mansion was built in 1893 by the architect Zagorsky to house the Kuznetsky Passage store. The main architectural motive of the facade composition is two large arched windows, separated by an arch of the entrance. On the right side of the building there is a driveway arch and a semicircular arched window. The front wall is decorated with stucco decoration, among which the figures of two cupids stand out.
