The mansion with two underground levels, a lower ground floor, and a mansard is located on Prechistenka Street in the Khamovniki district. The historic building is designed in the Empire style. The facade is decorated with a Corinthian portico of six columns, elegant stucco, and an ornamental stucco frieze beneath the house’s pediment. Inside, there is a mixed-use layout that includes spacious halls with double-height ceilings and separate rooms of various sizes. The premises feature bare-shell finishing. The underground level boasts 25 parking spaces. The mansion is suitable for a company's representative office, a medical clinic, or an office.

The mansion is situated in Moscow’s most prestigious area near Devichye Pole Square and Travnikov Garden. It is surrounded by elite residential complexes and embassies, restaurants and shops, museums, and art galleries. There is convenient access to the Garden Ring Road and Zubovskaya Street. The Boulevard and Third Ring Roads are 5 and 10 minutes' drive away each. Park Kultury Metro Station is a 9-minute walk away, while Smolenskaya and Kropotkinskaya Metro Stations can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

The earliest documented records of this city estate date back to 1731–1741. Several land plots were combined by Ivan Ogolin, Adviser of the Kamer Collegium. Since 1820, the house belonged to State Councillor Pyotr A. Samsonov. The mansion was built on the stone lower ground floor of an earlier structure between 1813 and 1817. Despite being wooden, the building is plastered in such a way that it convincingly resembles a stone construction. The interiors preserve a three-flight staircase, stoves, and a fragment of the ballroom with columns. The vaulted rooms on the lower ground floor are also preserved. The Empire-style entrance gates between the house and the left wing, leading to the estate courtyard, remain intact. The building is currently recognized as a federal cultural heritage site.
