The neoclassical mansion, built in 1913 by the architect Voskresensky, is known as the "house of Sveshnikova", the wife of the famous collector and philanthropist Sveshnikov. The main facade has no entrance and is decorated with two small semi-circular pediments above the upper cornice. There is an elegant figured attic with an attic window, framed by pilasters. Two tiers of windows on the first and second floors are decorated with different architraves. Currently, the building belongs to the objects of cultural heritage.
