The two-story mansion with a basement is located on Novokuznetskaya Street in the Zamoskvorechye district. The complete reconstruction of the mansion included restoring the facade and interior details to match its historical appearance. Inside, there is an office layout with office-style finishing. The original stucco molding on the room ceilings was restored. The building is situated on its own territory, with a cozy courtyard and parking for 10 cars. The mansion is suitable for a company's representative office, a business center, a medical center, a hotel, or a bank.

The mansion is nestled on the 1st line of buildings, surrounded by prestigious residential complexes, corporate offices, banks, shops, and restaurants. Ozernovskaya Embankment and Paveletskiy Park are within walking distance. There is convenient access to the Garden Ring Road. The Boulevard and Third Ring Roads are 6 and 15 minutes' drive away each.
