Mansion at Novinskiy Boulevard 25-27

The two-story mansion with a lower ground floor and a veranda is situated on Novinskiy Boulevard in the Presnenskiy district. In 2021, the restoration of the mansion was completed based on the design by architect Grinsburg. All engineering systems were restored to full functionality, the historical Constructivist-style appearance was recreated, and the surrounding area was landscaped. Inside, there is a mixed-use layout with high-quality renovations. The ceiling height is 3.2 meters. The electrical capacity is 150 kW, with the possibility of increasing it. There is access to a multipurpose flat roof with an area of 173 m². There is a public parking lot in front of the building. The mansion is suitable for use as a company's representative office, a residence, a hotel, or a restaurant business.

The mansion is surrounded by the former houses of city estates, including the Shalyapin Museum-Apartment. On the side of Novinsky Boulevard there is a small park with the Fyodor Chaliapin monument. The Moscow Zoo and the Moscow Planetarium are within walking distance. The nearest metro stations are Krasnopresnenskaya and Barrikadnaya, which are a 5-minute walk away.

The mansion is a cultural heritage site known as the Laundry Building of the Narkomfin Residential House. The building was constructed in 1932 by architects Ginzburg and Milinis. Before the war, Moscow’s first mechanized laundry operated successfully in this building. The first floor housed washing and drying machines, while the second floor served as living quarters for the staff.
