A project of the 21-story business center is located on the Borovitskoye Highway in the Solntsevo district. This contemporary multi-level A-class building features an architectural concept developed by BLANK bureau. The facade is executed in a concise style with panoramic glazing. The structure’s appearance is inspired by a cliff, with strict lines emphasizing its strength and stability. The first floor houses a spacious reception area with access control and retail spaces. The upper floors have an open-plan layout, allowing flexible allocation of departments, meeting rooms, and workspaces. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer impressive views of Meshcherskiy Forest, Kholmov Park, and the skyscrapers of Moscow City. The ceiling heights range from 3.8 to 5.8 meters.
