The building served as a merchant dwelling house and it is a vivid example of the 19th century Moscow architecture. The mansion was completely reconstructed in 1995 in accordance with scientific restoration project drawings. Decorative elements on the facade were restored, as well as the interior stairs and a luxurious fireplace room. The interior planning is mixed, with a high-quality finishing in an office style. On the first and second floors there are offices and meeting rooms, a dedicated manager’s zone and a reception area.
