The four-storey mansion with two underground levels and a mansard in Ulanskiy Lane in Krasnoselskiy district. The historic mansion built in 1886 was completely renovated in 2021. Behind the two front entrances, lobby areas with lifts open up. Additional two entrances are on the alley side and two on the courtyard side. The offices and lobby on the ground floor, as well as the common areas, are finished in loft style. The rest of the floors are unfinished with an open-plan layout, allowing you to design the interior space to your taste. The attic with 4.5 metre high ceilings and panoramic glazing provides access to open terraces. In the courtyard there is a ground car park for 10 cars. The commercial apartment building in Ulanskiy Lane was built in the late 19th century to the design of architect Karneev on a plot owned by Moscow merchant Mikhail Kulikov. Nowadays, the building is recognised as an architectural monument. The unique facade of the house is made in the eclectic style, the windows of the ground floor are decorated with platbands in the Old Russian style. The appearance of the building refers to the boyar estates of merchant Moscow of the XVII century. It was here that the writer Alexander Pushkin stayed with his relatives in 1830, and in the 19th century the great scientist Dmitry Mendeleev stayed with his uncle.
