Mansion 1-st Spasonalivkovskiy Street 8

A two-story mansion with a mezzanine on 1-st Spasonalivkovskiy Street in the Yakimanka district. The building built in 1917 was completely renovated. It is equipped with modern engineering, utility and fire protection systems. Inside there is an office planning, in the spacious rooms with high ceilings have been renovated. Interiors are completed with vaulted ceilings, niches with molding, pilasters, in one of the offices the decoration is supplemented by the bas-relief of the sea griffin. The mansion is located in a quiet alley of old Moscow. The branch of the Maly Theatre, the Luna Theatre, the Tropinin Museum, the Gorky Park of Culture and Recreation, the Museum Art Park are nearby. The classic mansion was built in the 1st half of the XVIII-XIX centuries and served as the main house of the city manor Vyazemsky-Glazov. Today the house is recognized as an object of cultural heritage of federal importance. On the side facades of the house there are two pilasters with cannery. The front facade at the level of the ground floor is decorated with a rust, and the second floor is separated by a convex cornice. The large windows are decorated with straight sandricks with brackets. Under the external windowsills there are recesses with convex decorative elements. The entrance group is decorated with a forged visor, and on the rear side is a mezzanine with four windows.
