Mansion on Usacheva Street 1

A one-storey mansion with an attic and a basement on Usacheva Street in the Khamovniki district. The building previously belonged to Prince Nikita Trubetskoy. After the fire in 2001, the house was dismantled to the ground floor and recreated according to old drawings of the 18th century. Decorative cornices and architectural elements are preserved on the facade. Inside there is an access control system based on passes and biometric data, a mixed-use layout with modern design finishing. The original layouts and some interior decor elements of the Trubetskoy Estate are preserved. The mansion is suitable for an office, embassy or headquarters. The building has its own plot of 42 acres with access to an old backyard park and a secure ground-level parking lot for 2 cars.

The mansion is located near the Trubetskoy Estate Park in Khamovniki, a 7-minute walk to Frunzenskaya Metro Station. There are several universities, restaurants and cafes around, and the Usachevsky Farm Market is a 10-minute walk away. The Third Ring Road can be reached witin a 5-minute drive.
