The three-story mansion with a basement and a mansard is situated on Myasnitskaya Street in the Basmannyy district. Constructed in 1917, the historic building is currently undergoing a complete renovation, including replacement of utility systems. The eclectic-style facade still looks much as it did in the late 19th century. Inside, there is a mixed-use layout with bare-shell finishing. The ground floor is planned for retail spaces with separate entrances, while the upper floors will accommodate office premises. The ceiling heights range from 2.8 to 3.1 meters. The electrical capacity is 122 kW, with the possibility of increasing it to 202 kW. A ground-level paid public parking is available near the neighboring buildings. The mansion is suitable for a rental business or for accommodating an office, a restaurant, or a retail store.

The mansion is located on the first line of buildings near the theater of the Soviet and Russian actor and film director Oleg Tabakov, Sovremennik Theater, Bolshoi Theater, Gostinny Dvor, Red Square, the Kremlin, and Zaryadye Park. It takes 5 minutes by car to get to the Boulevard Ring Road and 8 minutes to the Garden Ring Road. Lubyanka Metro Station is a 3-minute walk away, while Kitay-Gorod and Kuznetskiy Most Metro Stations can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Ploschad Revolyutsii, Turgenevskaya, and Teatralnaya Metro Stations are a 10-minute walk away.

Dating back to the late 18th century, the tenement building was constructed on the site of the former Vyatka Compound and became an integral part of the area’s history. It is believed that at the time, the land was rented by Moscow merchant Volchenkov, who established cellars, trading shops, a tavern, and residential quarters on the site. Beginning in 1891, the well-known photographer Pyotr Pavlov leased the mansion and lived there for over 20 years. Under his management, the building remained actively used, housing a photography studio, shops, workshops, a barbershop, and even a dental office. Today, the development is recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance, with its vaulted basement ceiling from the late 18th century being of particular historical value.
