In 1882, the Konshins received the highest distinction for merchants in the Russian Empire — the hereditary nobility.< p>The buildings with the status of architectural heritage were carefully restored in 2016. The historical appearance of the facade, richly decorated with elements of the Empire style, has been restored. Inside, the warm, serene atmosphere of the Old Moscow estate is recreated. In one of the mansions, there is a boutique hotel with a SPA complex, a fitness center, a cigar room, office and conference space. In another building, there is a restaurant with a top-class event venue, a cinema and concert hall, a private terrace and a panoramic open roof. < p>The mansion is suitable for a representative office, restaurant, hotel or rental business.
