The nearest metro stations are Biblioteka Imeni Lenina, Borovitskaya and Arbatskaya, which are within a 15-minute walk.

< p>The classic mansion is best known as The City Estate of Rakhmanov, Bukhvostov, Sulima, merchants Kotov or The Residential House of Gustav Liszt. The building is based on the chambers of the middle 18th century. Since that time, the building has been rebuilt several times, until in 1870 it was passed to the owner of the mechanical plant Gustav List. In 1880, the house acquired an exterior design that has survived to our days.

The mansion is a cultural heritage site. The reconstruction of the building for a residence began in 2015. The historic facade and interiors will be carefully restored. On the second floor of the building there is a terrace with views of the Moscow River and the Kremlin. Parking space is available on the underground level.
