Mansion on Yeiskaya Street 4b2
The mansion sits in the south-east of Moscow on the landscaped territory of the Lublino Park. It is surrounded by cozy recreation areas with a pond, numerous cafes, beautiful historic manor houses. Within walking distance from the park, there are bank branches, large shops and shopping centers. The Third Ring Road can be reached in 13 minutes, while the Garden Ring Road is an 18-minute drive away. The nearest metro station is Volzhskaya, which is an 11-minute walk away.
The mansion with an attic was a part of the stable yard at the historical ensemble of the Lublino estate. The estate was being built from the end of the 18th till the beginning of the 19th century by the architects Yegorov and Kazakov. In the 1800s, the new owner Durasov founded a theater, a greenhouse and a horse yard on a plot previously owned by Godunov. The mansion was built next to the front stable building and served as a western residential wing.
